Terres Communes

FAR is one of the three farms of Terres Commune, an unprecedented form of landownership: an ethical and collective property, in the form of a capital society (SAS), which guarantees an approach to the Earth that is respectful of ecological and social values.

The SAS and its construction, as well as the people who compose it, assure sustainable agriculture use to these properties, and their use not simply use for capitol gain. The assembly of users of the properties possesses 48% of the voice while the second assembly, composed of sympathisers and supporters of the project, has 52% deciding power.
